About Us
Patrick Rieder
Patrick Rieder is available to his clients for interim assignments or longer-term engagements in the areas of project development, project management, asset management and commercialization of real estate projects.
He held project management and project leadership positions on the owner side for several years in national and international projects, initially for Munich Re's asset manager, and later for the logistics developer Goodman. In addition to his consulting work, he is a partner in a family-owned investment company and thus has a comprehensive understanding of the needs of property owners.
Patrick Rieder holds an M.Sc. in Real Estate Studies from the University of Groningen and a B.Sc. in Business Administration and Economics from the University of Passau.
